Policies

Refunds are not available on orders that have already been picked-up or delivered. 

Cancellations must be processed 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up, in order for your payment to be refunded to you.

If an order is not picked up or is refused at the time of delivery, you will only be eligible for a  50% refund. This fee covers the cost of materials and preparation for your made-to-order items.

All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or any government agency.
